Description:
I was trying to tune the database as the performance has been poor, so was trying to follow instructions from the internet. Dont know what happened.

How to repeat:
Open a connection to localhost to start querying.

this is a duplicate of Bug #55133.

as we cant repeat that problem on our systems, we set the report to can't repeat. please
re-open the report if you find a way to reproduce the problem.
