Description:
As of MySQL Workbench 5.2.25 (Generally Available Release), the "load data infile" SQL command no longer functions. I get an error referencing a problem with the Connector/C component.

This is the first version of MySQL workbench where my existing load data infile scripts have stopped working. All development versions starting with 5.2.16 OSS Beta through the most recent version released just PRIOR to 5.2.25 (GA) were able to execute my scripts without issues.

My only workaround to this problem was to roll back to a previous version of MySQL workbench which means I lose out on the ability to use the functionality available in the more recent versions. Currently, I have rolled back to 5.2.16 OSS Beta.

How to repeat:
Simply attempt to execute a MySQL script that attempts to make use of the load data infile command. You should see the error at that point.

Error message you see is a temporary workaround for bug #49694. This is a duplicate of/related to bug #49694.
