Fixed in NDB 7.2.4. No changelog entry needed.
Description: To create WiX packages, special XML files with the packaging information are needed. There are no such files for Cluster-7.1 yet, so we can create only "noinstall" zip files but no WiX installer packages (".msi" files). How to repeat: Try a build + Packaging on Windows (32 or 64 bit). Suggested fix: AIUI, these files are typically created with some tool, but I don't have it. As an alternative, use the copy-paste method and take the files for Cluster-7.0 and change them so that they fit Cluster-7.1. For both approaches, a complete list of the files to be packaged is needed.
