Description:
Clicking on "Help Index" under the "Help" menu item - shows an error dialog.
When repeated again, it did not show the same error but went into an infinite loop (looked like it) -- the workbench showed a blank white tab with the heading "DocLibrary(loading)".

Running Windows 7, Intel I7- processor with 8Gigs of Ram.

How to repeat:
Clicking on "Help Index" under the "Help" menu item

Thank you for the bug report. On Windows Vista 64-bit 8GB I got a fast dialog screen (I can't read it because is closed so quickly). Are you able to provide a screen-shot showing the issue?. Thanks in advance.
