Description:
- Open Workbench
- Don't change size of Workbench
- Goto Administrator
- Accounts
- Schema Privileges

Look into the screenshot how it looks like.
Look to "Select a user and pick ..... "

It is not usuable that way.

Workaround is to change size of WB Window. But it should work also by using default WB size.
