The plugin CMakeLists.txt was not adjusted to reflect recent changes in Connector/C, where the header and library locations were changed

    Changed installation schema:
      include files will be installed in include/mysql (was include before)
      library files will be installed in lib/mysql (was lib before)

I added in the plugin top CMakeLists.txt these locations to the search path for headers and libraries.
