Description:
Checking off "Show Advanced Toolbars" hides the advanced toolbars.

How to repeat:
Upon a default install, the advanced toolbars were visible, and that checkbox was off. Simply browse to the Tools | Options | Browser area and check the "Show Advanced Toolbar" box, then apply changes.

Suggested fix:
Seems to be a simple syncing issue. The checkbox is obviously performing a toggle on the display. Therefore, should the checkbox be properly checked off from the start, everything would work as expected.
