Description:
If "Compatibility View" is ON in Internet Explorer 8, some UI items with [+] button doesn't expand.
(Servers in Heat Chart, Advisor item tree).

Disabling "Compatibility View" solves the problem.

How to repeat:
1. Enable "Compatibility View" in Internet Explorer 8 , see:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/features/easier.aspx

2. Try to expand/collapse items in MEM Heatchart and Advisors.
