Thanks for your quick answer. I don't know, how you usually work with this tracker, but shouldn't this item remain open untill the "bug" is "fixed"?

I must agree with Alexander here - it's not closed yet. Reset Status to "Suspended" until it's fixed.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been addressed in the documentation. The updated documentation will appear on our website shortly, and will be included in the next release of the relevant product(s). Character set documentation has been added to the manual now.
