Description:
In a small project [model file will be uploaded] the bug popup occurred after selecting a table for editing, then clicking on the 'inserts' tab

How to repeat:
Don't know if it repeats - I'll check....Nope

What table should I use in your .mwb to get the problem described?

The table asset_status is a simple type table, and contains minimal data [8 rows edited / inserted with the workbench's insert tab]

The app_user, user_role & role tables contain their default content from an Appfuse starter project

I am not able to repeat this.

Was it just something that happens once and never again?

So far, this is a one time event - [hate debugging intermittent failures]
