Description:
May be related to: Bug #2759 (fixed in 1.0.2)

The following error message is displayed when selecting a catalog with a VIEW:

"Error whle fetching Schema Table Status."
  "MySQL Error Nr. 4"
"Error on close of 'UNOPENED' (Errcode: 9)"

The database schema is not displayed and cannot continue to work with that
catalog. Selecting another catalog works as expected.

How to repeat:
1 Create a simple VIEW using a script (run using JDBC).
2 Launch MySQL Administrator and expand catalog section
3 Select the catalog with the new VIEW.

This works using any Windows client, and seems to break both Mysql Administrator & the Query Tool.

Simply create a view, then try to refresh the schema / catlogue view in MySQL Administrator.

Dropping the view resolves the problem.

In windows, from the command line, I can do a select on the view. The problem starts with the show keys from 'view_name'. phpmyadmin shows the same error and points to the show key command.

Maybe the bug is fixed in the next version of phpmyadmin:
