Description:
The documentation states that MySQL Cluster is "Experimental" on Windows.

How to repeat:
Look in Section 17.2 in the 5.1 documentation, the section on MySQL Cluster 7.1:
"Platforms supported. MySQL Cluster is currently available and supported on a number of platforms, including Linux, Solaris, Mac OS X, and other Unix-style operating systems on a variety of hardware. Beginning with MySQL Cluster NDB 7.0 and MySQL Cluster NDB 7.1, MySQL Cluster is also available (on an experimental basis) on Microsoft Windows platforms."
