Description:
The bugs system tells me to attach the output from ndb_error_reporter when posting MySQL Cluster bugs. This is not possible on Windows, as this tool is not provided on that platform it seems, at least not in the binary distribution.

How to repeat:
Try to find ndb_error_reporter on Windows after installing MySQL Cluster 7.1.3 on Windows. I sure can't find it.

Suggested fix:
Provide a Windows version of ndb_error_reporter on MySQL Cluster for Windows.

Main issue is the transfer of files via network. On *nix this is done by ssh. A potential solution on Windows is using smb shares.

Still missing in 7.3.6
