Description:
The download form at enterprise.mysql.com shows 2.1.1.1141 Windows agents for the 2.2.1 GA downloads, on both the "modern" and "classic" forms.

Trying the direct link to the 2.2.1 version results in a "file does not exist" error, the file probably is missing completely. It also does not show up in the "all versions" overview page.

Additionally there was no RSS feed update created for 2.2.1.

How to repeat:
Try to download 2.2.1.1717 Windows agents.

Suggested fix:
Upload the missing file, check RSS feed generator.
Add sanity checking code for catching missing individual files.

NOTE: The problem of record here is the absence of documentation on the download page (indicating that the omission of a 2.2 agent is intentional). Once the documentation is added, we'll close this issue. Once the 2.2 Windows agent is available, we'll send a notification to the What's New? feed.

Verified that both the 'modern' and 'classic' MEM download pages in the Enterprise Portal HAVE the note regarding the Windows agent version that is available (and the bug number).
