Description:
The Update/Delete actions (restrict, cascade, set null, etc) should be a property of relationships, not tables.

Also, there should be a visual representation of those in the relationship.

How to repeat:
Pretty self explanatory

Suggested fix:
Make the actions a relationship property, not a table property.
Also, make them show up in the relationship

Many thanks for writing a feature request.
In my eyes it is a bug that restrict/cascade is table depending and not relation ship depending.
