Description:
Select All is not enabled when editing comments for a table or a column.

How to repeat:
Create a new table.
Click into the comments field.
Observe that CTRL+A and the menu item for Edit > Select > All is disabled.

Suggested fix:
Enable menu and allow selecting of all contents of the comments window.
