Description:
Currently, graphs do not display Y axis value when hovering over (on mouseover) data points in graph; the X axis values are displayed on mouseover.

How to repeat:
Use Dashboard Graphs.

Suggested fix:
This is a feature request to have graphs display X axis value when hovering over (on mouseover) data points in graph in a similar way (without being able to select an up/down zone as is the case with the left/right zone selection)

Verified on 2.2.1.1721.

This was resolved within 3.0.0, we now show both X and Y axis values on hover.
