Description:
The collation for khmer unicode in Mysql 6.0.4 still has problem as it is not included some vowel. In this http://www.collation-charts.org/mysql60/mysql604.utf8_unicode_ci.south_east_asian.html Khmer Collation is not completed. It is excludes some vowels.

This http://developer.mimer.com/charts/khmer.htm is the complete consonants and vowels collation.
