Description:
The "--createaccount" option for the agent installation is missing from the manual.

I've searched in this part of the manual
https://enterprise.mysql.com/docs/monitor/2.2/en/mem-install.html

===========================================================
# ./mysqlmonitoragent-2.2.0.1705-linux-glibc2.3-x86-64bit-installer.bin --help | grep -A 2 createaccount
 --createaccount <createaccount>
                                Default: 1
                                Allowed: 1 0
===========================================================

How to repeat:
Read manual and agent installation usage information

Suggested fix:
Create documentation

Verified as described, it should be documented here:

https://enterprise.mysql.com/docs/monitor/2.2/en/mem-install.html#mem-unattended-installat...

Documentation has been updated; I've also added a new summary table, and then added the remainder of the options missing from this list.
