Description:
There are 2 requests regarding the minimum version of the MySQL server used as repository for MEM 2.2:

(1) Check that the installed version (for using an existing MySQL database [i.e., non-embedded]) is at least 5.1.43.

(2) In the monitor installer for MEM 2.2, we have messages that include the line:

"... MySQL Server 5.1.40 or later with partitioning and the InnoDB storage engine enabled is required..."

We need to change the MySQL server version mentioned in those messages to read "5.1.43".

How to repeat:

A note has been added to the 2.2.1 changelog:

The required version for running a separate MySQL server has
been updated to 5.1.43 in the &merlin_server; installer.
