Description:
The diagram editor will not resize to provide more editable area to work on when resizing the container.

The diagram editor box, flashes continuously.

How to repeat:
use the diagram editor at wider, or perhaps just different, screen proportions other than originally intended.

Suggested fix:
-allow the editable area to scale appropriately with the dimensions of it's container,
-only redraw an area if a change has been made,
-make sure the old display area is cached as a bitmap for display and continues displaying, until the new image is ready to be drawn.
-instead of clearing out old display image, before rendering the new one, just progressively overwrite the area being displayed.
