Description:
Toolbal tooltips will usually show up on top of everything else, but will sometimes show up behind the grid in the EER Diagram Editor.

How to repeat:
Mouse over multiple tools in the verital toolbar.

I couldn't repeat on Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bits.

Can't reproduce on Windows 7.  Will try other themes and report back.

It makes sense to do further checks with a newer version, 5.2.22.
