Description:
A lot of text-files in the windows package contain unix line breaks.

Here is a list of the most important ones:

COPYING
EXCEPTIONS-CLIENT
*.cnf
Docs\Changelog
Docs\COPYING (could be removed maybe)
Docs\Install-binary
Docs\manual.txt
Docs\mysqld_error.txt

I hope I covered all relevant plain text files in that change.

next release.
