http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-monitor/2.2/en/mem-cfg-mysql-monitor-agent-ini.html still includes the old options reference, which does not include for instance the updates to the agent-mgmt-hostname variable (adding the agent-mgmt-username agent-mgmt-password) for example.

Please point from section 5.3.6.1

Suggested fix:
Please point from section 5.3.6.1 to B.2.1, and update the example config to the 2.2 new install defaults.
