Description:
Cannot alter table's name from "Alter Table..." in a table's context menu

How to repeat:
1. Create a table e.g. "users"
2. Right click the table "users"
3. Click "Alter Table..." in the context menu
4. In the dialog alter table's name to "user"
5. Click "Apply"

Expected result: The table renamed to "user"
Actual result: Error message "No changes to object were detected."

Suggested fix:
Inspect your buggy code thoroughly.

Please, check with a newer version, 5.2.21, and inform about the results.

Fixed in 5.2.21

Not repeatable with a recent version, 5.2.21.
