Description:
Using a dual screen setup with MySQL Workbench open on the second monitor (right), some of the dialogs open in the middle of both monitors and some open in the top left corner of the first monitor, instead of the center of the second monitor where MySQL Workbench is open.

The following dialogs open in the middle of both monitors:
- Double clicking a server in the 'Server Administration' list with the 'Remote SSH Login (Linux)' dialog opening
- 'Manage Server Instances'
- 'Manage Security'
- 'Manage Import / Export'

Moving MySQL Workbench to the first monitor (left) and opening the same dialogs as above, they all open correctly in the center of the first monitors and not in the middle of both.

The following dialogs open in the top left corner of the first monitor no matter what monitor MySQL Workbench is open in:
- 'New Connection'
- 'Manage Connections'

How to repeat:
Open MySQL Workbench in a dual screen setup, move it to the second monitor (either fullscreen or regular) and open the dialogs described in the description.

Suggested fix:
Open all dialogs the same way, centered on the monitor that MySQL Workbench is open in.
