runtime error - error line 1 object not found.

links work fine for other web plugins

How to repeat:
click in twitter plug-in
click on link in twitter
runtime error - error line 1 object not found.

Can't repeat in Mac, this is Windows specific. But maybe we should do as MikeF has suggested and 
just remove the Twitter starter.

But this is obviously a webpage problem, not something WB caused. Should we fix all the webpage errors too?

The twitter starter is going to be removed, so a fix is obsolete.
