Description:
I can not open existing models from quick list in the main window if the model contains some special char in the path, for example, if the model is located in D:\Models\Centro de atención\model.mwb this can not be accesed, but if is located in D:\Models\Centro de atencion\model.mwb (o in atención without acute accent) this can be accesed.
Instead of showing below the name of the model the file time, shows the message: "File not accesible".

How to repeat:
Save a model in a path with special chars. When the model appears in the quick list of the home main window, it will no be accesible.

Suggested fix:
Maybe the encoding of these paths would be UTF-8 or another that accepts special chars.

I couldn't repeat on Windows Ultimate Vista X86_64.

I use NTFS as File System. I tried in different device letters (D:, E:, etc) with the same result: File not accesible in X:\Diseño\m.mwb, but X:\Diseno\m.mwb is accesible.

Trough File > Open Recent is not present this bug.

Which encoding is the filesystem using for storing the files?
