Description:
When I open administration module for localhost it says "The database server instance is stopped".
But that's not true. I have PHP and MySQL running with MAMP.

How to repeat:
Anyway, i click on button "start server" but i gives me error:

2010-05-08 19:09:44 - Checked server status: Server is stopped.
2010-05-08 19:09:44 - Trying to start server...
2010-05-08 19:09:44 - /bin/bash: cmd.exe: command not found

2010-05-08 19:09:44 - Checked server status: Server is stopped.

I suppose that administration module is not capable of working with mac cos in error I see cmd.exe which is Windows "bash".

Is there a fix for that or any kind of property to direct Administration module to MAMP server?

What "Operating System" and "MySQLInstallation Type" you had selected while creating new instance?

I did not use function to create new instance. I just added one under "Manage server instances" with existing connection....

What exact command is set in "Check MySQL Status" filed of System Profile | MySQL Management then?
