Description:
When deleting a connection in the connections tab, the option apply changes is not being enabled. So assuming the connection is deleted you just close the dialog. When going back to the dialog the connection was not deleted. For the connection to be deleted one has to delete the connection, and then modify another so that the apply changes button enables which in turn applies the deletion of the connection.
