Description:
Switching the option 'Show advanced toolbars' on, will in fact turn it off, and visa-versa.

How to repeat:
Goto menu Tools > Options and check/uncheck 'Show advanced toolbars'.

Suggested fix:
Inverse code result true == false and false == true
