Description:
I used Connector/net with Visual Studio 2010 Release Candidate.
I installed the definitive version of Visual Studio.

When I work on my project, I can't configure datasource with Connector/net, only with Connector/ODBC.
When I try to reinstall the Connector, it detects the installed version

If I try Change, Repair or Remove, I always have the same error.
Message MySQL Connector Net 6.3.1 Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified...

When I select Remove, the process is aborted during this step: Unregistering data provider from machine.config.
If I try to uninstall with Add/Remove Program, I have an error too.

Resolved by renaming the folder C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30128\Config

Hi Luc and thanks for your report.

This should be the duplicate of Bug#51407 but there Reggie fixed installation when there was old .NET FW 1.1 install so this could actually need fixing too (referring to forum post).

Assigning to Wlad as I have no VS2010.
