Description:
While modeling a database, when I right click on a table name under the "Physical Schemata" tab and select "Edit Table," it loads properly and I can edit the table settings, cols, etc.. However, if I have the Edit Table area open and try to edit a new table, the Edit Table area changed to a blank area on the screen.

How to repeat:
Create a new model.

Add two tables.
Double click the first table to view the "Edit Table" properties.
Double Click the second table to view the "Edit Table" properties.

The window at the bottom of the page displays a blank area where the "Edit Table" properties are supposed to be.
