Description:
When editing a database model on the EER, if I move the mouse over the title bar of a table, the table gets selected as expected and desired. However, at the same time, there is a flicker at the sides of the layout area. I can eliminate the flicker by reducing the size of the window so that only the area corresponding to the "Page" is visible with no spare around the outside. However, this is not ideal as it makes my window inconveniently small.

I am in the UK, using A4 paper (which may make a difference since Workbench also has never printed correctly to A4 paper!)

How to repeat:
Start a new EER model.
Add a table.
Move the mouse over the title bar of the table.
See the flicker.

Suggested fix:
One of the following:

Remove the flicker (preferred)
Allow easy aligning of the page to the viewing area.
