Description:
When you choose 'Right Sidebar' from preferences, it flat out fails to show any change at all. It still defaults to the left.

How to repeat:
Click on Edit -> Preferences -> Check Place Sidebar on the Right Side -> OK

Suggested fix:
By displaying the sidebar towards the rightside of the editor.
