Description:
The issue is that I've created a Custom Field (in my case a 3 combo boxes), If I click over Report form, and Required Field on the Target Forms, and without having the Annonymous Field selected, I can create a issue without select any of the required custom fields.

I tried to check, other similar issues digging it over (post.tpl.html, and edit_custom_fields.tpl.html and validation.js, but i do have the "fixed" version)

Can anyone help me with this?

How to repeat:
Create a custom field, combo box.
Select it as required, not annonymus.
Create a ticket without select any value from the combo.

Suggested fix:
Validate the field data or get over the javascript function, i guess it not working ok.
