Description:
When selecting to save a model with a new name (save model as...) after clicking "save" in the save model dialog workbench attempts to open a new model.

How to repeat:
1) Select: File/Save Model as...
2) Enter new model name in "Save Model" dialog
3) Click "Save"
4) "Open Document" box opens with warning message "Opening another model will close the currently open model. Do you wish to proceed?
5) Click "Yes" and Workbench returns "could not open file" message
