Description:
When you are editing/inserting a foreign key, the action on update don't refresh when you changed it.

How to repeat:
Create a new foreign key and change the action on update. Inmediatly click "Apply changes". The new action don't appear.

Then click a new action on delete and click "Apply changes". The action on update has changed when you click the action on update.

Suggested fix:
It seems that it only need to add the combo of update action that it refresh the sql (I didn't see the source, I don't know). It is a silly thing but it is very noisy.

(Sorry for my english :P)
