Description:
Open bugs seem to be read, closed not, so here's an open one:

The connection option "Use ANSI quotes to quote identifiers" has no effect, although I suppose it should have.

How to repeat:
1. Open a new connection
2. Enable that option
3. Run "select @@sql_mode"

Result is empty. It should be something else.

An entry has been added to the 5.2.22 changelog:

In the Manage DB Connections dialog, selecting the Use ANSI quote to quote identifiers had no effect with respect to subsequent queries using that connection.
