Description:
When attempting to provide insight into bug #41706 based on analysis of number of users subscribed to well-known and well-commented bugs, it appears users don't realize they can 'subscribe', since there were truly very few subscribers.

An example is bug #27645 which has very few subscribers, although many folks would surely be interested in updates to that bug.

How to repeat:
write a comment.  forget to subscribe.  wonder why you got no updates, or forget the original bug url.

Suggested fix:
I think some big RED text, or a javascript popup asking if the user would like to subscribe to updates would be nice to have after they left a comment.

Hi Shane,

I've added a checkbox on the Add Comment form with the label "Subscribe to email updates on this bug report". This is only displayed if the user is not already subscribed and the user is not the reporter, assignee, lead or a reviewer (these get emails anyway).
