Description:
When you generate a diagnostic report while running the Dashboard in IE8, you get an error. The report is created, but you have to go find it manually.

How to repeat:
1) Install Service Manager and Agent on Windows.
2) Start the Dashboard using IE8.
3) Generate a diagnostic report. You get an error message. I will attached a screenshot.
4) Look in <install-dir>\apache-tomcat\temp. You will see the report. If you unzip it, it's all there and looks good.

Note that the same does not occur using FF3.5. It shows a save file dialog so you can save the report wherever you want.

Suggested fix:
Convince IE8 to show the save file dialog.
