Description:
You get an error message when clicking on a rule title on the Advisors->Manage Rules page.

How to repeat:
1) Install Service Manager
2) Go to Advisors->Manage Rules
3) Open an Advisor category
4) Click on a rule title (not the copy or edit links).
5) Get error message: U0067: No rule was found with the uuid "xxx"
