Description:
I originally created three instances on Database Connection on MySQL Administrator 1.0.11. After that, I deleted two of them and only wanted to keep one connection. However, when I went to 'Connect to MySQL Server Instance' GUI and check the Connection drop-down list, the two deleted instances were still showing up on the list. I then went back to Connection category screen and found out the two instances I deleted were still there. No matter how I tried to delete the two entries, they jsut wouldn't go away.
How to repeat:
1) Double click on MySQL Administrator icon on desktop to bring up 'Connect to MySQL Server Instance' GUI
2) Click on the little button next to Connection drop-down list to open up Options screen
3) Click on Connections category after the Options screen opens up
4) Click on 'Add New Connection' and enter required information to be able to connect to database
5) Continue step 4 to create two (or more) connections
6) Click Close to close Options screen
7) Go to Connection drop-down to select a database and enter password to connect to the selected DB
8) Go back to Options screen and delete one or two Connections
9) Close Options screen and go to 'Connect to MySQL Server Instance' GUI to see how many entries appear on Connection drop-down list
10) Suprisingly, the drop-down list shows all connection names I created including the ones I deleted
Suggested fix:
Once database connection(s) deleted from the Connections list, the drop-down list should only have those un-deleted connection name(s) shown up.
