Please, describe in details what exactly you did and what happened. How much RAM do you have on this machine?

when i'm making a EER diagram, it's doesnt shows the relation between the tables. i have 1 GB RAM in my system. when i start the mysql workbench it restart the system.

Thank you for the feedback. What you meant with 'restart the system'? The application (WorkBench) or the computer?. Please try version 5.2.18?. Thanks in advance.

when i start workbench it restart my PC. After restart it's working. after closing the application , if i want to start the workbench it's again restart the system.

Please, while Workbench is working, send the results from Help > System Info menu item.

I installed MySQL workbench 5.2.17 . when i start MySQL workbench , it restart the system.
