How to repeat:
print, print pdf, cannot work and didn't answer with print dialog preparing 1 page.
In print preview, print dialog show the whole progress but show the exception and a red box like an envelope.

Thank you for the bug report. Could you please provide the model file which provoke the fail?. I couldn't repeat with Sakila sample model. Thanks in advance.
