under windows it can happen that the monitor is running, but the tray icon no longer visible, e.g. due to explorer crash. it would be nice if the 'run monitor' command could then instruct the tray monitor to re-attach to the screen to display it's icon again. other option: if run tray monitor is selected and there is a running instance, this instance will be closed first.
