Description:
Hey

I made a programme in Visual Basic and it uses Mysql ODBC connector and Adodc to get info from mysql server. Now i downloaded the latest connector version from internet and now the connection making is very slow (i hadn´t this problem before). I tried it in the same network (one has older connector and second has latest).

There is a known performance issue with Connector/ODBC and XP
with SP 1. The fix is to set the "Don't use Setlocale" in the DSN
configuration. Please test this option.
