Description:
When I go into Manage Security the screen starts to switch from the desktop to black constantly until I close out the OSS. I have a feeling it might be because it is loading a dos box and for some reason even if a program uses vbHide for instance the dos prompt still isn't hidden. There is no work around and it does this constantly. I tried using another monitor and it flashes from black to desktop constantly as well.

How to repeat:
Go into Security Manager it starts flashing right away.
