Description:
MySQL Workbench OSS for Windows version 5.2.16
Cairo Version: 1.8.8
Rendering Mode: GDI requested (create a diagram to confirm)
OpenGL Driver Version: Not Detected
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition (build 7600), 32-bit
CPU: 2x Genuine Intel(R) CPU T2600 @ 2.16GHz, 3.2 GiB RAM
Video adapter info:
Adapter type:
Chip Type: Intel(R) GMA 950
BIOS String: Intel Video BIOS
Video Memory: 262144 KB

I have been using MySQL Workbench SE with Windows XP. I upgraded to Windows 7 and need to reinstall. I went to the Workbench page and there is 5.2.16 with the new UI and combining the individual tool.

SO far it works. Its slow but when used in the Win7 w the performance settings rather than the Aero settings it doubles the speed (Ok the perception of how fast it is.)

Anyone else on Win 7? Will SE get the new user interface?

How to repeat:
Install into Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit)
Install into Windows 7 Professional (64 bit)
Install into Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit)

Suggested fix:
Installed into Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit)
Installed into Windows 7 Professional (64 bit)
Installed into Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit)

Bob, do you mean general speed of interface or specific parts, like the diagram-canvas or the administration section?
