Description:
I am the owner of a shiny new wide format printer that prints on ISO B3 paper (13 in x 19 in).

This option is missing from the page setup menu along with the option of selecting a user definable paper size, orientation, etc.

How to repeat:
Select page setup from the file menu and click on the size select box.

Suggested fix:
Add ISO B3 as a defined paper size or allow the user to define their own custom paper size.
